How does a tag work?
StockUp uses NFC, the short-range technology your iPhone can read. Hold the top of a compatible iPhone near a tag, then tap the notification if shown. Choose your products in StockUp and press Done. It does not automatically track your supplies.
Do I have to use specific rooms?
No. Kitchen, Utility and Bathroom are examples. Name, change and organise your tag locations inside StockUp, and place them wherever they fit your routine.
Which phones work with StockUp?
The free StockUp iPhone app requires iOS 18 or later and a compatible iPhone for NFC scanning. You can also open a location in the app without scanning. StockUp is currently available for iPhone.
Can my household share the list?
Yes. The household shares one shopping list, with attribution showing who added each item. You can choose several products at once and handle items that are already on the list.
What comes in the kit?
Three reminder tags in your chosen colours, adhesive mounting and setup instructions. The free core iPhone app is included. Tags measure 52 mm across and 7.4 mm in total depth and need no batteries.
When will it arrive?
Free standard tracked UK delivery is included. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. 2–4 business days after dispatch. The optional £4.99 next-day service is normally the next working day after dispatch, not the day after ordering.
What if I need to return it?
Tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You can inspect the product as you would in a shop; handling beyond that may reduce a refund. Faulty-goods rights are separate. Contact support@stock-up.co.uk for help and read the full returns policy below.
