These terms apply to purchases of the StockUp Starter Kit from this website. They do not reduce your rights under UK consumer law.

Who sells StockUp

StockUp is the trading name used by Harry Bayliss.

Product and price

The launch price of the StockUp Starter Kit is £9.99. It contains three reusable reminder tags in the colours you select, adhesive mounting, setup instructions and access to the free core iPhone app. Standard tracked UK delivery is free; any paid next-day upgrade is shown at checkout before payment.

The launch price is already applied and cannot be combined with another discount code. Two kits £16.99 delivered — save £2.99 versus buying separately. Free standard tracked delivery is included.

StockUp is designed for iPhone XS or later. Android is not currently supported. Product colours and hand-finished details may vary slightly from photographs without affecting function.

Ordering and payment

Payment is taken securely through the connected card-payment provider. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation containing the bundle, quantity, colours, amount and delivery service recorded for fulfilment. If we cannot supply the kit, we will cancel the order and refund the payment in full.

Dispatch and delivery

We deliver to UK postal addresses. Orders dispatch within 2 working days. The available delivery service, timing and any charge are shown at checkout before payment.

If a delay becomes material, we will contact you. Responsibility for the kit passes to you when it is delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

The app

The website uses real screens from the StockUp iPhone app. Software may receive updates to improve reliability, security and compatibility.

Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the kit. Our condition, postage and refund rules are set out in the Returns and refunds policy. A printable cancellation form is also available, although you do not have to use it.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If a kit is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Intellectual property

The StockUp name, product imagery, app interface and website content belong to the seller or their licensors. Purchasing a kit does not transfer those rights.

Website use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit another person’s details without permission or use automated systems to send abusive or misleading requests.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. The law applicable where you live in the UK continues to protect you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
